Brud

How do we see ourselves reflected in and through our screens? I have developed a series of playful but slightly menacing metaversal AI avatars to explore this conceptual space.

There's no such thing as 100% AI

Exhibition of the first drop of NFT Factory in Paris Opening Thursday March 2, 2023

The exhibition aims to show that artificial intelligence will not replace artists. The AI technology really intervenes in the creation process, from the writing of the prompt to the selection and post-production of the work generated by the software. Let's see artificial intelligence as a brush for the XXIst century that does not promise a uniformity of creation. At the NFT Factory, we believe it is a chance for democratisation of the access to works and to creation. Besides, since its opening, the NFT Factory has been committed to discovering and supporting the work of historical and emerging crypto-artists from the French and international scenes. That’s why, to embrace the evolution and learn by doing, the NFT Factory launches its own NFT purchasing platform, on which artists are able to deploy their own smart contract, guaranteeing full sovereignty over their creations. Thus, the NFT Factory physically exhibits the digital artworks, in its 400 sqm gallery in front of the Centre Pompidou, that will now be available on its website and sold through the blockchain, at editions and prices determined in collaboration with the selected artists.
